Cruise Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. Cruise Supplier Cancellation Schedules

Cancellation policies and fee schedules are established directly by the operating cruise lines (such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Celebrity, Princess, and Norwegian). Penalties typically escalate as the departure date approaches:

  • 90+ Days Prior to Sailing: Full refund or deposit forfeiture depending on promotional fare rules (e.g. Non-Refundable vs Refundable Deposit).
  • 89 to 60 Days: Loss of standard stateroom deposit.
  • 59 to 30 Days: 50% penalty of total cruise fare.
  • 29 to 15 Days: 75% penalty of total cruise fare.
  • 14 Days or Less: 100% penalty (no refund).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or change to an existing cruise reservation, please contact our support desk immediately at (866) 666-6068 or submit a request via Manage My Booking.

3. Travel Protection & Trip Cancellation Insurance

Due to strict cruise line cancellation penalty schedules, we strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering unforeseen medical events, travel delays, and trip interruptions.
