1. Booking Assistance Process
CruiseCarnivaline provides booking assistance services to assist customers in securing reservations on ocean cruise lines. When you submit a booking request or phone inquiry at (866) 666-6068, our advisors check real-time stateroom availability and rates.
2. Pricing, Deposits & Final Payment
Cruise pricing is quoted per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Government port taxes, port expenses, and regulatory fees are included in summary totals. Stateroom holds require deposit amounts set by the operating cruise carrier. Final payments are due per the supplier schedule, typically 60 to 90 days prior to sailing.
3. Stateroom Categories & Cabin Guarantee (GTY)
Assigned cabins are allocated based on current inventory. When booking a Guarantee (GTY) category stateroom, the cruise line assigns the specific cabin number closer to sailing, guaranteeing at least the minimum tier purchased.
